ANKLE macOS app 1.0.3

Native desktop shell for operators who want ANKLE outside the browser. This build includes the BUILD surface handoff to the local Hermes studio service. It is a dev-preview zip, not App Store/notarized distribution.

Install notes

Chrome / Brave: unzip, open chrome://extensions or brave://extensions, enable Developer mode, then Load unpacked.
Firefox: unzip, open about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox, choose Load Temporary Add-on, then select manifest.json.
Safari: unzip the Safari source package, convert with Xcode's Safari Web Extension converter, sign locally, then enable it in Safari Extensions.
macOS app: unzip, drag wherever you keep apps, then right-click -> Open if Gatekeeper blocks the first launch.
Pair identity at aleqth.com/login and aleqth.com/ext-signin.

Trust status: extension packages are direct developer zips. The macOS app is ad-hoc signed and not notarized yet. Notarized auto-update distribution is the next trust upgrade, not a missing download system.

Updates

Extension: manual update for now. Download the latest zip, remove/reload the unpacked extension, then pair again if needed.
macOS app: electron-updater exists in the Nugget/ANKLE desktop code and now points at aleqth/nugget-by-ankle. Automatic notifications need a hosted release feed and notarized build.
Already installed users: until notarized release feeds are live, the honest notification path is this page plus the extension/app visible version strings.

Older extension builds

Kept for rollback and proof. Normal users should use 1.4.0.
